Características de la estructura del equipo:
1. Structural form: coil feeding, vertical and plane alignment and rounding system, external hob cutting copper pipe, synchronous belt driving copper pipe into the insulation casing, using two groups of power mechanisms, the end point is close to the switch control length, fixed length cut.
2. Feeding rack: passive feeding rack, vertical (slightly inclined angle) layout of 2 pans, feeding plate using hydraulic cylinder control, can be lifted and easy to change materials;
3. Straightening mechanism: vertical and plane alignment. It can effectively realize the rounding and straightening of copper tubes.
4. Feeding device: The reducer motor controlled by the frequency converter drives the synchronous feeding belt, which drives the copper pipe into the insulating sleeve.
5. Tube-piercing device: The reducer motor controlled by the frequency converter drives the synchronous feeding belt, drives the copper pipe into the insulating sleeve, and adopts two groups of hydraulic cylinders to press the material to ensure that the feeding belt can effectively guarantee the friction with the copper pipe.
6. Pipe clamping device: nylon clamping die clamping insulation sleeve.
7. Cutting device: Cutting device of copper tube with external hob and supporting wheel.
8. Install black spot detection switch at the end of copper tube (4 for each tube). If there is defective copper tube, the equipment will stop automatically.
9. The end of the straightening mechanism is equipped with a complete set of carbide.
